COVID-19 & Your Safety

The safety of our guests is of paramount importance and we request that all guests wishing to stay at Mannings Barn read and fully understand these additional Covid-19 terms and conditions and our separate Covid-19 safety statement. During the Covid-19 pandemic the following terms and conditions will apply. These have been prepared in accordance with current Government guidelines and may be modified in light of future Government advice.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given in the event that Government restrictions either require Mannings Barn to close, or prevent guests from travelling. A full refund will also be given if guests have to cancel as a result of catching Covid-19, being required to self-isolate by track and trace, or testing positive for the Covid-19 virus. Any non-Covid cancellations by guests will be subject to the standard cancellation policy above.

Developing Symptoms of Covid-19 Prior to Stay

If any guest develops symptoms of Covid-19, is told by track and trace to isolate, or tests positive for the Covid-19 virus prior to their stay, the party must not travel to Mannings Barn.

A full refund will be made in accordance with the paragraph above.

Developing Symptoms of Covid-19 During Stay

If any guest develops symptoms of COVID-19, or is told by track and trace to isolate, at any point during the stay, all of the party must return home straightaway to self- isolate and organise applicable tests.

Should it be necessary, due to COVID-19, for you to return home before your planned date, a refund will be made to cover the unused period.

In the case of serious symptoms or breathing difficulty, immediate medical assistance must be sought.

If circumstances are such that guests cannot return home and remain in the property any additional cleaning and accommodation costs will be charged.

We suggest that guests take out suitable holiday insurance.

Arrival & Departure times

We use a professional cleaning company to deep clean the property between visits to ensure guest safety and peace of mind.

To allow for the additional time the cleaners require, the arrival time for guests will be 5pm and we ask that guests vacate the accommodation by 9am on the day of departure.

Linen

To protect the cleaning team, guests will be requested to strip and bag all bed linen and towels. Bags and details will be provided.

Sanitisers

There will be alcohol hand sanitiser at the entrances to the accommodation. We ask that guests use this in all cases when returning to the Barn.
