Terms & Conditions
Our prices include cotton bed-linen, towels, central heating and electricity. The deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due four weeks prior to the start of the holiday. In the event of a cancellation deposits and balance payments are only refundable if a replacement booking is made. We suggest that you consider taking out holiday insurance.
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday unless alternative arrangements are agreed. The barn is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and guests are requested to leave by 10am on the day of departure.Short Breaks
The barn may be available for periods of less than a week outside the above periods. This offers the opportunity to enjoy a few days away in the autumn, winter or early spring at rates that offer exceptional value. Please contact us for availability and rates.
